Fort Lee Restaurant Week


Fort Lee is home to the highest concentration of Japanese Americans in the state of New Jersey. Researching the demographic and targeting the market helped make this a successful event. As the town rests right outside of NYC, creating a strong identity for this event that would draw my audience from across the George Washington Bridge and from the surrounding areas was imperative.

My process included demographic and market research, immersing myself in the town and its cuisine, documenting my experience, developing a marketing strategy and an identity for the event, designing the brand, and developing two separate advertising campaigns promoted in print and incorporated into social media marketing.
